Ingredients to Make Keto Cheese Sauce

Serving People: 7,  Prep time: 3 min,   Cook time: 5 min,   Total time: 8 min

  • 2 tbsp butter (28 g)
  • ¼ cup whipping cream (60 ml)
  • ½ cup grated cheddar (60 g)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (60 g)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp water or as required for thin the cream.

The above-mentioned ingredients are for a simple cheese sauce.

However, you can add some spices and your favorite herbs to make it more spicy, yummy and delicious. Here some optional seasoning is given for you.

  • ½ tbsp garlic powder.
  • ½ tbsp onion powder.
  • ¼ tbsp cayenne pepper.
  • ½ tbsp paprika.
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped herbs that you prefer.

How to Bake Keto Cheese Sauce – A Keto-Friendly Diet

Baking Keto-cheese sauce is very simple, easy and quick process. It will be ready to serve in just 10 minutes.

Step 01: Put cream and butter into a saucepan over medium heat (as in the following image). Grate the cheddar cheese and keep aside.

Step 02: Once heated, now insert cream cheese in a saucepan.

Step 03: Mix up until melted. When you see bubbles, take off the heat.

Step 04: Now add grated cheddar cheese.

Step 05: Mix unless it becomes creamy. If you desire thicker sauce, cook for more 3-5 min. If it is too thick and you want thin, add a splash of water.
