How to Prepare Keto Italian Wedding Soup

Preparation Time: 10 min,         Cook Time:  20 min,         Total Time:  30 min

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a large sheet tray with aluminum foil.
  3. In a bowl, mix up ground beef and first amount of black pepper and salt, parmesan cheese, onion powder, egg, and parsley.
  4. Turn meatball mixture into 16, 1-inch mini meatballs.
